wear your sunscreen

I started this week with a thorough skin check up with my dermatologist.  Having the skin cancer scare a few years ago I am on top of my annual doctor visits.  Unfortunately there was a spot above my lip that was pre-cancerous that needed to be burned which is not a comfortable experience. Fortunately my doctor does not think it is anything to be concerned about but does want to see me in six months for a follow up check up.  Cross your fingers that all is well in six months and be sure to wear your sunscreen!!
